Our little boy turned four weeks old yesterday! It seems like the time is flying by. He is doing great. He is still drinking about five ounces of formula at a time and eats about every three hours. He loves to be held and cuddled, even when he is sleeping!
John took his first stroller walk on Wednesday (April 22). Mom and I used the double stroller and took John and Will a stroll around the neighborhood. Will loves to look for dogs and have a snack while we walk and John took a little nap! J.J.'s umbilical cord fell off on Thursday (April 23)and he has graduated from newborn to size 1 diapers. He really seems to be filling out and is growing so fast.
Will is still doing well as a big brother. Yesterday I was feeding John and Will was sitting beside us. John stretched out his hand toward Will and Will tried to put the ball he was playing with in John's hand. That is a huge deal since it was Will's orange ping-pong ball which is his current favorite!
My dad, sister (Debbie), niece (Marissa) and nephew (David) came to town on Saturday. They stayed through yesterday afternoon then returned to Ohio with my mom. Will had a great time playing with all of them, especially David. He was always looking for "Dave" and wanted David to play with him. Today has been my first day alone with the boys. So far, so good. They are actually both napping now and I even managed to take a shower and do some laundry!
Here are a few pictures from the past week of our family.
