Our Sweet William turned 22 months old on Sunday. Where has the time gone? It seems like only yesterday that he was as little as J.J. I can't believe what a big boy he is becoming.
Will is really starting to talk a lot now. He is putting more words together and starting to say a few sentences. He will repeat anything that we say. He is very proud of his name and will tell you his name is "Will" if you ask. The other evening my mom was bathing him and called him "Georgie Porgie." He looked at her and said "Will." I guess he was telling her that his name was not Georgie, it is Will!
He loves to play ball and play outside. His newest game that he likes to play is "hide." He will hide behind the furniture inside or behind plants and trees outside and want us to look for him. Sometimes he does a really good job hiding!
Will is also starting to use his imagination more when playing. A couple of times he has climbed in the tote that we keep his balls in and said "bye." I guess he is pretending that it is a car. My mom has been changing her voice and making stuffed animals "talk." When she does that, Will changes his voice and talks back to them.
Will is still doing well with John. He gave him a kiss (more like licked his head) tonight before bed. He also likes to hug him and has offered him food a couple of times. I am amazed at how well he has done with J.J.
