I had my check-up today. All is still looking good. My blood pressure was really good and John's heartbeat sounded great. I think he was sleeping until the doctor put the monitor on my stomach. I felt John start moving and kicking. I will have my next appointment in two and a half weeks.
We are starting to prepare for John's birth. We ordered a new car seat and double stroller yesterday. The infant carrier that we used with Will has expired so we needed a new one. We also wanted a double stroller so we could take both boys out on walks. My parents bought us the stroller and Burt's parents bought the car seat. I am very excited to get them.
We are planning to have the boys share a room, so we don't have to do much to get the room ready. We are planning to get a closet organizer to make the most of the space. I bought some baby laundry detergent so I am almost ready to start getting his clothes ready. I can't believe that in less than 8 weeks John will be here!
