We are back home after a great couple weeks of traveling and visiting with family and friends. Will did amazingly well with all of the travel. We even managed to travel all the way back from Ohio in one day! Will is a great little traveler.
We had a really nice Christmas and New Year's. Will didn't quite know what to do with the gifts from Santa. I think he was a little overwhelmed by the presents. Once they were opened, though, he enjoyed playing with them. His favorite toy was a basketball hoop from Gammy and Papa Turner. He loves trying to throw the ball into the basket.
We were able to see quite a bit of family and friends while we were traveling. Burt and I even got to go out on a date in Ohio! Will stayed with Gammy and Papa while Burt and I went to a movie, out to dinner and did some shopping. It was a lot of fun.
Will started to talk a lot more while we were traveling. He is putting words together and is able to communicate with us really well. It seems weird to be able to ask him a question and have him understand and answer us!
We are preparing to start back to work on Monday. It has been nice to have a few days to get ready for the new semester and just hang out around the house. Here are some pictures from the holidays. I have also put a couple of links with pictures from November and December on the left.
