8 Months Old!

Our Sweet William turned 8 months old on Tuesday. He also turned 35 weeks old on Tuesday. He is doing well and seems to be feeling much better. He is not coughing anymore and has a lot of energy. He has learned how to crawl up the stairs and take "ducky" with him. Ducky is a little duck toy that makes a jingle noise when he shakes it. Ducky is his favorite toy. Will works so hard to climb the stairs and take ducky along. He also still likes to look out the front door. Sometimes we will put his exersaucer in front of the door and let him look out and play at the same time.
We think that he has said "up" a few times in the past few days. He tries to talk all of the time. He will talk to his toys while playing or to his Cheerios while eating! Speaking of eating, he is still doing great with eating his baby food. He loves to eat "puffs" and Cheerios at meal times and for snacks, too. He recognizes the container that I keep the Cheerios in and will reach for it and start whining when he sees it. He gets so excited when I put them on his tray.
Will is still pulling up to everything and can stand for several seconds on his own. He also tries to reach from one piece of furniture and get to another. He hasn't quite figured out how to do that yet. He is also learning how to sit down when he is tired of standing instead of falling down.
William is so loving! He gives me a kiss almost every time that I get him out of his crib. He also gives big hugs. He will wrap his little arms around my neck and kiss my cheek. He still blows on our face when he kisses us. It is so sweet!
